IMPORTANT NOTICE – SHIPPING DELAY FOR GENERATOR PARTS

Shipments of service parts for MQ Power DCA-Series generators and air compressors may be delayed between June 4th – 12th while Multiquip relocates a portion of its parts distribution center.

Please call in to confirm all Overnight and Second day air shipment request (800) 421-1244

We are taking steps to minimize any service disruption to our customers, but some delays may be unavoidable. This relocation will not affect shipments of finished products or service parts for other Multiquip products. We are moving as fast as we can to resume normal operations and apologize for any inconvenience this creates to your business. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our ability to service our customers.

Guest Account Sales Tax Advisory

A copy of your resale certificate is required for all guest account sales if you are claiming sales tax exemption. If you are exempt from sales tax please email a copy of your resale certificate to resalecerts@multiquip.com or fax to 800-672-7877 prior to ordering.

If you have any questions, you can speak with a representative at 800-421-1244 or 310-537-3500. If no resale certificate is provided, sales tax will be added to the order.
